Alongside its range of IT services for individuals and businesses, COSMIC is constantly identifying specific areas for improvements in the use of IT - whether it is for organisations or individuals. The team then works on a project plan and begins the process of bidding for funding and pulling together the resources and skills to run the project.

- UK Online outreach and social impact demonstrators for adults beginning to use ICT
