ICDL

The International Computer Driving Licence (formally ECDL) is an internationally recognised qualification for computer users everywhere. ICDL will teach you:

 

  • Basic concepts of IT
  • Using the computer and managing files
  • Word processing
  • Spreadsheets
  • Database
  • Presentation
  • Information and Communication
  • Using IT

    ICDL is split into 3 stand alone parts enabling you to gain an internationally recognised ICT qualification at a price you can afford! Working at your own pace; each part of this qualification will give you a British Computer Society (BCS) accredited ICDL Certificate  once successfully completed!

    ICDL is broken down into:

    • Level I
    • Level II (Part 1)
    • Level II (Part 2)

    COST

    • Level I (Modules 1, 2, 7) costs £120
    • Level 2 (Modules 3, 4, 5, 6) costs £120
    • Level 2 Part 2 (Module 8 - Unit E) costs £40

    Menna williamsThe modules may be taken in any order and over any period of time- even all at once!

    When all 8 modules have been successfully passed, the logbook is exchanged for a certificate and ECDL ‘licence’ card.

    Drop-in ICDL training sessions are available between 9.30 - 4.30pm every Tuesdays and Thursdays.

    First come first served basis as numbers are limited. Failure of an  test incurs a £10 retake charge
