Julie Harris is the Chief Executive at COSMIC and she heads up the consultancy service with a background of over 20 years experience in the use of IT in private, public and voluntary sector organisations. Other members of the team are engaged in consultancy projects in order to bring in the full skills and knowledge of the whole team where necessary.

Sarah Stevenson manages the Training and Consultancy Services for COSMIC. With over 10 years working in the public and voluntary sectors, she is able to provide excellent insight and effective implementation in business operations and development. Experienced in management and project development both internally and externally, Sarah leads on the development of internal ICT systems to support business processes such as client relationship management and consultation, personnel recording and reporting, quality and evaluation. Sarah has recently been delivering Strategic Planning workshops to third sector organisations across South West and is currently managing projects for a number of private and public sector clients.
