I was very satisfied with the thorough and energetic approach Cosmic took to the project. The (report) content is good and has kept all partners happy. It takes us forward in just the way we had envisaged. It also looks good and I like the name given to it. Communication was very strong – I always felt there was a willingness to discuss the project/concerns.
COSMIC were committed partners and went beyond the actual research/report writing, including giving very useful advice to a funding bid that was developed, and helping to manage the input from different partners. This commitment is a real USP for COSMIC, though I guess the time/resource implication of this must be considered too. I only have positive experiences of COSMIC!
